Country Comfort
This is my current favorite bread. What makes this bread really amazing is mixing Marmite into the water before it is added to the flour. This adds a wonderful umami flavor that pairs so well with the sourdough. Really worth trying. Credit to Orange Bakery in London for the idea.

  • Depending on what the order schedule lookslike the the week your bread is made I may have to adjust the date to better batch bakes of the same bread together. I work out of my house so there is an upper limit of bread types I can do in a day. I will contact you if I have to shift the date of delivery for any reason.
